What’s the best season for tours in Nepal?
Tours in Nepal are possible throughout the year. However, if you would like to observe and be part of major festivals in Nepal, then target between Autumn and Spring.
How can I book tours in advance?
If you are planning for Nepal tours during peak tourist season, then you should book the trip two months prior to your arrival. It is not necessary to make a reservation, however, we would like to recommend making advance booking because of high demand for hotel occupancy. If you want to combine other activities like Hiking, Bungee Jumping, Mountain Biking, Trekking and expedition then that can be also done.
Do I need experience for this tour?
Normally tours in Nepal, be it cultural, natural or any other is suitable for all kinds of people. But you must be in good health and travel fitness.
Do you have Airport Pick up Facilities?
Yes. We have free airport pick up and drop facilities for every booked package with us. You just need to inform us the time and date of arrival during the booking
Who will be our guides during the tour?
Your guides will be Nepali professionals with expertise in their subjects and having adequate English speaking skills. According to our customer’s need, we can also provide guides who can speak other languages, such as Russian, Spanish, Chinese, French or Italian. All guides are well trained and are certified by the government for operating tours and treks.
What kind of food can I expect during the tour?
Standard and delicious food will be available during the trek. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods can be expected in lodges or hotel. You can have breakfast and dinner in the hotel or lodges where you are staying while lunch is mostly outside during sightseeing or when travelling.
What type of accommodation can I expect on tours in Nepal?
There are different types of accommodation in Nepal depending upon the destination and your choice, ranging from luxury hotels to middle-class standard. But while on village tours your accommodation will be basic. Home-stays are popular for those who would like to experience village lifestyle and culture.
Can I add the extra day to my trip?
Yes, of course, you can add extra days to your tour package. We can arrange it as per your desire with the additional cost of guide and accommodation.
Do I need to tip my guide? How much would that be?
You can decide it yourself. You can tip your guide according to the service and satisfaction you achieve during the tour. Normally 10USD to 500 USD per person but you are not forced to tip- it is entirely voluntary. It is a small way to show your appreciation to your guide and say thank you.
Can I make changes in my itinerary?
Sure!! You can design your tour Itinerary as per your interests and time.
What are the modes of transportation?
There are various modes of transport like Car, Van, Bus and private vehicle. You can travel by any modes of transportation of your choice to make your trip comfortable and enjoyable.
What is the mode of payment?
We accept major credit cards such as VISA, Master and American Express. You can use any of above credit card to pay us. You can also pay us either by Western Union Money Transfer or PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
Is the land transportation comfortable?
Yes, land transport is comfortable, but the comfort level also depends upon the types of vehicles and road condition.
How much money should I bring for my personal expenses?
It is difficult to put a figure. The cost will vary according to your needs for shopping and where and what meals you want to eat in city areas. It is better to have at least 100 USD or its equivalent Nepali currency.
How large is a tour group?
For each day there will be several groups, but if you want single tours we can arrange that as well. Each group will have the maximum of 15 people led by an experienced English speaking guide. Large groups can easily get involved in activities like yoga, meditations and other.
